As usual, each school project starts with teachers meeting. The same was a case for this eTwinning project, SWOT VET. First meeting was held via Zoom on January 27th 2021 which gathered nine teachers from eight participating schools.
SWOT VET eTwinning project started in November 2020, but it got its current form after the last partner joined in the beginning of 2021. It gathers 4 schools from Turkey, 2 from Romania and 2 from Croatia. During the first teachers meeting, on January 27th, first it was explained in details what is the idea od the project, its goals and purpose. During the meeting, teachers discussed eTwinning and Twinspace usage strategy (which are two communication tools designed specifically for EU project for educational organizations). Aside from usual project activities – like scheduling tasks, creating of curricula, administration and organization of surveys – two interesting memoriam days were planned out. The first one is Safer Internet Day, which will be celebrated on February 9th, while the other one will be eTwinning Day which will take place on May 9th – symbolically being marked on the same day when Europe Day is celebrated.
By the end of the February, students and their teachers started with project activities which sparked creativity in all of the participating schools. We are very excited about this cooperation and encourage you to follow project’s news.
